This section is very flat. It is less than a 4/12 pitch. The wind driven rain was pushed under the shingle and penetrated to the wood sheathing.

Here we have installed ice and Water Shild since the slope of the section is less than a 4/12. This will help to protect the new roof with wind driven rains.
