Brian proposed the best long term solution to the peeling paint on my dormers which was to reface the dormers. In additon to the dormers, we decided to reface the soffit and facia on the entire house. Once he got into the project, he found moisture was getting behind the existing siding on the dormers which could have evently caused extensive damage to my ceilings. He also replaced several cracked and peeling hardie siding boards and painted one side of the house. This was a week long project — in that week Brian provided a daily status of the project and kept us updated on any issues (with pictures) encountered. Brian’s guys did a great job!! Each day they arrived early and went straight to work. At the end of the day they left things neat and clean. They were very careful not to damage any of my landscaping, sprinklers or landscape lighting. I would highly recommend C. Jenkins construction to my friends and neighbors and plan to call on Brian for future projects. Thanks again Brian for a job well done!!

Brian at C Jenkins was fantastic to work with. As we were installing a new fireplace/chimney unit in our new home, we discovered that most of the external chase structure was rotted and needed to be replaced. This was causing major leaks into the subfloor — serious issue! Brian responded right away to our call, and his team rebuilt most of the structure within a few days. His pricing was very competitive and fair. We have already called him again to help with another portion of our siding that needs to be fixed. And we'll call him when it's time to replace the windows. It's hard to find good contractors that respond and get the job done at a fair price. But C Jenkins is the real deal.
